I'm using several T26P phones and am not sure how to set something, or if it can be done.
My client wants one ringtone for incoming calls, but a different ringtone if the call is from an internal call, such as tranfering a call from another phone, or an extention to extention call.
Also, if it can be done, can you tell me the setting in the config file, in additon to the gui. I provision via a config file if at all possible.

Hello,
You can achieve this by our distinctive ringtone feature, but it also need your server support, please see the instruction as the attachment.
If you are using V70 firmware, the provisioning parameter is below:

distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.1.text =
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.1.ringer =

Hello all.
Did anything change in version v71?
I had this always working now since v71 it stopped.
I ran a trace and found that i am indeed sending Alert-Info: Internal
And i have set on the phone
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.1.ringer = 3
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.1.text = Internal
But nothing doing.
any help?
