Hi there,

we're using Yealink T28P phones with our 3CX phone system. What I recognized is that some phones show "Default account: <name>" (or "Standard Konto: <name>") on the screen of the phone, some don't. Is there any specific setting for adjusting this?

Hi Thomas,
There's no setting to adjust this. Generally it will display the default account on the screen.
If there's no account registered, it will not display.
Do you have our V70 firmware?
And you can reset to factory default to check again.
