We have several phones belonging to users who are normally out of the office. As such we want to provision / configure them so that by default
1) DND is turned on
2) The audible message waiting indicator is disabled - these tones sounding round the office are torturous!
The only way I can see to do #1 is via an action URL - I'd like to do it via the mac.cfg file. I can't see any way of doing #2 at all

I have sent email to you, please do as the email to disable the DND and MWI feature.
