T26P - Hold & Resume - pamheld - 07-24-2013 07:12 AM Hello, When an outside call is placed on hold, then we press resume, we can hear the outside caller but they cannot hear us. Any ideas? I did so for all our phones and the problem persists. So, 6.70.0.140 is the latest version? I wonder why technical support asked me to update to a beta version? Is it possible to go backwards, i.e., now update to 6.70.0.140? Here's the message they sent yesterday: [undefined=undefined]In order to do a troubleshooting, could you tell me the firmware that your phone running? Does this issue happen usually? We have released a new version and fixed some bugs. And after you upgrade to it, you can still go backwards. So actually you can try 6.71.0.125 as they suggested. Thanks.
