DSSKEY Line Key error - briankelly63 - 07-15-2013 07:20 PM

I have a DSSKEY Line key assigned as a URL type. The value is set to this (without the quotes):

which calls a php program on my server. The URL call works fine and as intended. The call is not designed to return any value but could be changed if required.

The attached syslog file shows the result of a keypress. The phone's firmware appears to think that there is an error and flashed the keys led (red-green) several times.

What do I need to do to my URL call to make the phone "happy" so that the lights don't flash.

Hi Brian,
1. Do you mean when you fill this link to DSS key(set as "URL"), then you press DSS key, but it can't make the call successfully, and the LED flash as red and green?
2. What's the firmware are you using? Did you do this successfully before?
3. Could you provide PCAP trace, syslog(level 6) and config.bin file to us, so we can analyze?
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start, and reproduce the issue, then click Stop, and export the trace, syslog, config, bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)
These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.
Thanks.
