Hello,

I bought some T22P phones which I installed in a remote location away from the PBX(Tribox PBX).

The type of internet link available at that remote location is VSAT.

I've actually installed them for a couple of months without any issues, but recently the phones are never available when you call them, but the phones can call out. The phones also always fail to register on the PBX.

Please, how can I solve this challenge? I am really not happy with this situation.

Hi Michael,
What's the firmware are you using now? You can upgrade to our latest firmware 7.70.0.140 and try again:
http://www.yealink.com/Upload/firmware/T2X/7.70.0.140.zip
BTW, do you have any other brand phones? Can they register to your PBX normally?
