Yesterday i tried the firmware 25.30.0.28, and finally i reproduced the issue, the remote phonebook prompt "Connect error". Then i upgrade to the firmware 25.30.0.30, and it works well, not prompt "Connect error" any more. So could you try with this firmware and check again? Thanks. After being preprovisioning, the phone reboots after about 1 minute, the next time telephone's charging the local address book, accounts from my server (https), but returns an error on the remote address book.
