During some calls the speakerphone is activated for a second or 2 mid call then turns itself back off again, they are T26 with the latest firmware, any suggestions?

Hi Charles,
1. What about the frequency of this problem happened?
2. Could you provide PCAP trace, syslog(level 6) and config.bin file to us, so we can analyze?
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start, and reproduce the issue, then click Stop, and export the trace, syslog, config, bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)
These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.
Thanks.

I'm seeing this problem as well.

Trying to replicate it in my lab has proved to be difficult.

What hardware Version are your phones Chasman2001uk?

Hello, I updated to 6.71.0.140 and the speaker on my phone stopped working completely (no voice, no ring). I rebooted, pulled the plug, etc and it stayed off. I tried downgrading to 6.70.0.150 and the speaker remained off. Then I reset the phone to factory settings and reconfigured it and the speaker was working again but as soon as I pressed the volume button, it stopped working and has not returned. I ran a trace process as suggested above and have the bin file available. My phone is a T26p and the hardware version is 4.0.1.38.

Hi arcinsurance,

Do you mean the speaker can work once then can't work anymore after you pressed the volume button?
Does the speaker can work well erverytime you reset to factory or just one time? If the answer is just one time, i think your phone's speaker audio amplifier has been burnned out.
Please go for a RMA process.

Ok, thanks. Yes once I press the volume button, the speaker turns off and stays off. It might come back after another complete phone reset but I'm sure if I try to turn the volume up it will go off again. I'll set up an rma, thanks.
