Hi Airbase,
You can set this via auto provisioning:

#Configure the delay time (in seconds)of auto answer. The time ranges from 1 to 4, the default value is 1s.
features.auto_answer_delay =

So we cannot just manually change it anymore? How to go about with auto provisioning? We are just starting on using yealink as our phone.

thanks for the reply.

I was able to use the auto provisioning and used the
features.auto_answer_delay = 3
but its not working. The phone will still answer it in 1 second not 3.

Please help.

and also voice.tone.autoanswer => 360ms ?
I can only put something like this:

500/100,0/30,800/100,0/30,1200/100

which is equal to 360ms of playing. am I right?

please help as we need this feature badly.

Hello all,
Sorry for this.
I already submited this issue to our R&D, any update will let you know ASAP.

Because our auto answer beep tone is very short, by default, it will only ring "Du", this tone is short, maybe about 360ms
