Caller ID Lookup - CWR - 05-29-2013 05:06 AM Using the 3cx phone system, calls to GROUPS/QUEUES are rewritten with a PREFIX - the name of the group. So, if 555-1212 which is Yealink - calls us the display says "IT - Yealink 555-1212" The problem is that if the phone number matches an entry in the local phone book in the phone then it gets rewritten "Yealink Inc 555-1212" and does not show the PREFIX.
