CP960 VS CP965 - Justin Tyler - 10-24-2024 01:34 AM I have been using a CP960, and recently lost the calendar function... which I found out was due to the MS Teams PRO license being needed. In the meantime I had bought a CP965 to replace the CP960 and upon plugging it in, there is no options for anything related to teams on the device at all? When I researched it seemed like the CP965 was the current teams conference phone option. It lets me use the CP965 as a phone adding to my asterisk system, but no option for teams. Currently in my conference room I have one for regular sip calls and extension to extension and use the CP960 for teams calls only. Is there a way to make the CP960 accept a sip account and act as an extension, or is there a way to make the CP965 do both sip calls and teams??? Sorry for the confusing question, but I'm a bit confused. Did I buy the wrong CP965 or something why is there no teams options by default??? |
