We have several T46U phones auto provisioned using Ring Central.
We didn't want the Page button on the soft keys so we've applied a CFG file and created our own which is fine for a few days. Then the keys set themselves back again. We've set auto_provision.custom.protect = 1 in the config file but this still keeps happening. Ring Central say it's not them.
Is there any reason why this should keep happening ?
