T54W and DD10K - buergstein - 08-11-2024 09:49 PM

Hello from Germany,

I use T54 phones with newest firmware and now bought two DD10K Dect-USB-adapters in hope to be able to use a DECT handphone as an additional device for an extension. Tried different devices from Siemens Gigaset. They register perfectly using the telephone´s menu. Incoming calls are signalized to both IP-phone and handset. But if I pick up the call, all I hear is just a noise tone.
I thougt that DECT is a standard. May only Yealink handsets be used i order to work properly or is there a trick I can use to also "collaborate" with other DECT devices?

Thanks,

Stefan.

Hi Stefan,

Unfortunately only the Yealink DECT handsets are supported by the DD10K USB dongle.
