Incomplete Autoprovisioning - telespex - 07-09-2024 10:08 AM Hello, Today, we got a new set of T54W phones, but could not complete auto provisioning: - The MAC is added into the YMCS database. - The phone is factory reset. - YMCS redirects the phone to our HTTP provisioning server. - The phone loads the common file (y000000000096.cfg). - The common file removes the requirement for certificate, and is redirected to our HTTPS server. - At this point it should download the latest firmware version then go to the HTTPS server to download its MAC file, but it stops here. All other model work flawlessly. T54W used to get auto provisioned without a problem but it seems that something does not work. Please advise. On your HTTPS server logs you see the requests? When manually adding the HTTPS server to the device it does provision? RE: Incomplete Autoprovisioning - telespex - 07-19-2024 01:51 PM When logging to the GUI of the phone, we see, - The requirement for certificates is disabled - The server URL is set correctly When looking into the logs of our auto-provision server, we see, - Common file (y00000xxx) is successfully downloaded But no reboot. But it loaded the the MAC file only if we reboot it manually either from the GUI interface or power-cycling the phone. _J |
