Dial Number String Pause. - mc6650@gmail.com - 06-27-2024 07:51 PM Hello First time posting. I have a W60B base and several W56H cordless handsets. I want to be able to program a phone number with a pause. A standard “P” doesn’t seem to work. Is there another code that will work with these phones? Here’s an example of the number I’d like to program into the phone: Complete Dial String = 1-800-XXX-XXXXPP1234 Number = 1-800-XXX-XXX Pause = P Extension Number = 1234 This number is entered into the contact list and allows for a caller to reach a specific extension number when dialing into a location that has an Auto Attendant / IVR. I’ve tried programming a number into a CSV file an uploading it to a phone, however that doesn’t seem to work. Any thoughts? W60B Firmware = 77.85.0.160 W56H Firmware = 61.85.0.20 Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided. RE: Dial Number String Pause. - Yisroel_MongoTEL - 06-28-2024 11:21 PM Try using commas which are used in a lot of cases instead of the P. 1800XXXXXXX,,1234 If that doesn't work then use teh Yealink Macro commands (as described in Using Enhanced DSS Keys on Yealink IP Phones: 1800XXXXXXX$Cwc$$Cp2$1234$Tdtmf$ |
