Where can I find older versions of firmware? I have sone phones using 96.86.0.47 and it wont let me upgrade to a new version. I am guessing I need to step it up and not go all the way at once but I cant find any old firmware downloads. I'm sure its front of me I just cant find it.

You can find old firmware but you need to be cautious of manipulated firmware from dubious sources.
Some firmware may also be modified for a specific service provider (by Yealink or in cooperation with Yealink) but is still legitimate Yealink firmware so no guarantee on what changes were made.
You can try contacting Yealink support for older firmware if you don't get any responses here on the boards.
