Firmware update problem T23G and T27G - rlopeznesic - 06-01-2024 04:18 PM

Hello,

I am currently try to setup some T23G and T27G with our new PBX. Those phones were previously configured by an ISP and their appear to have a custom firmware 44.81.162.2.
I am trying to update to latest official firmware but phones don´t do it. When I do the firmware update, the phone reboots and appear that is doing it, but after reboot, the firmware is in the same version.

I tried to do via TFTP but appears the error "file too large" and cannot update.

Is there any way to force the firmware update to the official?

Thank you so much.

Hi,

You need to contact the ISP who installed the custom firmware and ask if they are willing to remove their firmware and reinstall the original firmware.
Maybe Yealink support can help you, but I doubt it.
