MP58 Consistent Outage Issue - taronishirani - 05-24-2024 09:41 AM Hi All, We are having an issue with our deployed MP58 phones. Every night at exactly the same time, many phones will all lose network connection. It is worth noting, this happens at many different geographical sites, not just one. It is random which phones will lose connection, and they will always come back online around 8 hours later. Out of Office mode is disabled from both the config and the phone and there are no scheduled tasks occurring on the network during this time either. (We tried running a packet capture on a phone that was consistently going down every night, and for the first time ever this phone did not go down. So, I suspect the phone being active is somehow preventing the issue) If anyone has any troubleshooting advice or solutions, please let me know. Thank you for your help. |
