Hello!
User talks with another user.
They hear each other at good sound level.
Then user add 3rd user on his phone using in-bult conference.
This 3rd user hear conference initiator very well, but another ( second ) user sound level is very low for this 3rd user.
How can we fix this?

We found problem, it was in asterisk dial plan, we had volume reduction for some calls from ISDN..
