Yealink A30/CTP18 pairing issue - Subaquatic - 03-14-2024 12:23 PM
Trying to setup an A30 with a CTP 18.
On startup, I get a "Lets setup Yealink Device" with 2 x options
1. Setup with controller
2. Setup with remote control
I dont have a remote control.
Above the image of the Setup with controller, in RED is
"Failed to get endpoint IP"
When I try to pair, I get a failed message
On the CTP 18 screen, its asking for the Host IP address, but I have no idea what it is.
Im not a tech guy, so please go easy on me.
