Help for update Yealink MP54 - BilouParis - 02-22-2024 08:21 PM Hello everyone, I am new to Yealink phones and despite reading the procedures I have questions.... I need expert advice I have a small fleet of around a hundred Yealink MP54 phones to manage. I need to update the firmware, the Teams client, etc. because they are not up to date. Today my company places the ROM on an FTP for auto provisioning of phones. But as the phones are integrated into Teams Admin Center I tell myself that it might be easier to do here. How do you manage phone updates? Is it possible in Intune to upgrade the firmware version of the phones? Thank you in advance for your help I know my questions are stupid but I'm lost. Navigate to Teams Devices\Phones, you should see a list of all your phones there, you can click on a phone to see various details. You can update some/all of the phones via that Teams Devices\Phones. There may be other ways to do this too, but that is how i manage my phones |
