'Invalid Account' Message - mcahill - 02-09-2024 08:26 AM

A customer is getting the message Invalid Account when dialling one number in particular. A factory reset seems to fix the issue before it then returns again. All other devices and extensions are able to call that number.

Are there any settings that could be getting accidentally switched on that would cause this to happen?

Hi,

If a factory reset can temporarily solve the problem, the problem is not with the phone, but probably with how it is provisioned.
It would be a good idea to check the PBX to see whether the settings for that particular telephone are set correctly.
