DTMF tones used in a call - phoneguy1962 - 05-22-2013 12:57 AM

I recently installed T-38 and T-32 phones at a site. They connect to a could based provider. When the phones call into a IVR, AA. the digits don't always register. It seems more to happen more often on Long distant calls, I don't think that's an issue, but. I uploaded the most recent firmware. I had the end user conf. me in when he made the failed attempt, and the tones didn't sound right. On Grandstram phones there is an option call "in Audio" in the codec options. Does Yealink have something simular or perhaps a long tone option?

Hello,
Do you mean when the phone call into a IVR, and if you press DTMF, the DTMF can't send to the server?
So you can't make the long distant calls?
