MP54 - 'Transfer' greyed-out - MrCoops - 01-26-2024 09:38 PM [Yesterday 15:43] Jason Cooper Hi, Discovered this week that our MP54's are unable to 'transfer' due to the button being greyed-out. Anyone else have this issue? A quick look on Microsoft Support shows a new 'Teams App' released yesterday, 1449/1.0.94.2024011003 that fixes "The issue of consult transfer icon not being clickable sometimes has been fixed" Installing 1449/1.0.94.2024011003 hasn't resolved the issue. Reset to factory didn't fix it either. The issue being that they can't always successfully transfer a call after consulting, sometimes it cuts off the calls. How can we push for this to be resolved?
