T58 Handset dead / after update no service - dmaack - 01-23-2024 09:05 PM Hello i use a tw 58 phone and the handset stopped working. after contacting yelling support i upgraded the firmware and now the BT handset works again. unfortunately the phone tells me now "no service". i did not make any changes. after looking up the call list i discovered the following: all working calls were like this 155@192.168.2.1 155= numbr of the phone 192.168.2.1 = IP of phone router now when i try to call someone it says ip phone@127.0.0.1 which is localhost? also after update it automatically changed the screen pin lock to 123 for some reason can someone point me in the right direction to fix this. appreciate your help and tips kind regards RE: T58 Handset dead / after update no service - complex1 - 01-24-2024 12:04 AM (01-23-2024 09:05 PM)dmaack Wrote: Hello Hi, A rule of thumb is that after a firmware update the phone should be reset to factory settings to remove previous and old settings. I therefore suggest resetting the phone, re-provisioning it and test again. |
