T33G - Unknown Symbol - Can't Make Outbound Calls - bbopp - 12-09-2023 03:21 AM One of our users randomly can't make outbound calls - she's using the same config/provisioning as everyone else. She now randomly has a symbol on her phone of a 'question mark in a white circle with a green arrow pointing right (See Picture) There is nothing online or in any documentation that explains what this is, or why she doesn't have the ability to make outbound calls. Please advise.
