T33G - WH63 DECT Headset Not Working - bbopp - 12-02-2023 01:15 AM We just migrated our phones over from NEC to Yealink using Dialpad provisioning. 7 of our phones are configured to use the WH63 Headset All the Yealink provided instructions and troubleshooting were followed exactly. Using both written and video instructions from YouTube to make sure everything was set-up correctly. Problem:Headset is not being fully recognized by the phone.
