Unable to Answer call without pressing Line 1 - TheKirbyGroup - 11-30-2023 05:02 PM Hello Forum! I was hoping someone could help. It feels like it could be a simple solution to my issue Every incoming or outgoing call you make, You have to press Line 1 before it lets you answer it or make a call. They want it so Account 1 is the default so you don't have to press Line 1. There are 2 registered accounts Account 1 is their SIP Account 2 is their 3rd party Voicemail, they have to dial it to be able to listen to voicemails. If I disable Account 2, then the phone works as it should So I think Account 2 is acting as an active account. How do I set it so Account 1 is the default one? Thanks! |
