I have tried connecting the VCM-36W wireless mics to the NVM-500 and the computer and nothing happens. Nothing installs. Do I need to change any settings on computer, add a driver etc?
I do not have a yealink camera, I have a logitech if that matters. For some reason the instructions say to plug camera into computer...it is plugged in.
Any help is appreciated...Thank YOu!
