Adding contacts on W73H - FWSR - 11-24-2023 07:31 PM
We have six W73 phones on BT network in Uk. We can add new contacts to a phone, but that new contact does not appear on the other phones. There is no syncing, so we have to add the new contact manually to all phones. Can this be avoided?

Hi,
For this, you need to use a Remote Phone Book.
The remote phone book is a centrally maintained phone book, stored on the remote server. Users only need the access URL of the remote phone book. The IP phone can establish a connection with the remote server and download the phone book, and then display the remote phone book entries on the phone.
The remote phone book is customizable.

Thank you for this BT has a cloud voice mail app which does hold addresses. i just have to work out how to get those numbers accessible on the phones.
