hi,
we have WH62 and WH63 UC Editions in use. WH62 Firmware 104.435.0.10 and WH63 Firmware 104.435.0.25.
When Windows starts the status LED of the headsets glows green. The mute button and microphone arm (only WH62) mute the headset, as expected.
If a users starts MS Teams the status LED turns purple. After that, neither the button nor the microphone arm (only WH62) can be used to mute the microphone.
Is this the intended function?

Solved
If you unselect "Register Teams as the chat app for Office" in Teams - Settings - General the mute button works again.
Now dialing from Outlook with Tapi works also again.
