does anyone know how you view your old support tickets on the yealink site. normally i have to acces it via the link in the email raised when a ticket is issued. I wanted to knoe if you can view old tickets directly

https://ticket.yealink.com/portal/question-list should have all your tickets (but you'd need an account to login.)
