Key pad speed dial FAILS from non-default account - jseeley - 09-07-2023 10:08 AM In the T48S Web GUI -> Settings -> Dial Plan -> Replace Rule, when I setup a speed dial from a number key (ex: 2 + #), speed dialing works great using the default account number. But when I change the same rule to the non-default account number, I get "Call Failed" & Declined, a busy signal, and number dialed simply displays "2" which is the number key used. Speed dialing using the Dss keys configured with the same non-default account works fine. So the account is configured correctly. What am I doing wrong? Right now, I have Account 1 as the non-default and Account 2 is the default. I wonder if swapping the account positions will make a difference? EDIT: I swapped the accounts using the .cfig file (default account = Account 1 and non-default = Account 2). Still cannot dial out using the speed dial number key from the NON-default account Any help will be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks so much! YOU CAN ONLY SELECT THE DEFAULT ACCOUNT when using Dial Plans. When a dial plan is set to use a non-default account, it will fail. Wow, what a let down.
