Hello all,

I brought a T33G online via dhcp for testing. I then took it to my work network which uses a static ip scheme. When I go to the advanced tab to add the ip for my network, it says my password is invalid. Without a password I can't enter an ip. The only thing I noticed is ,when I first hook it up it took a firmware update. Dhcp is not an option on my work network. Any ideas or why the password changed or what it might have changed to?

Hi malexander,

The password could have changed after the device being provisioned to your VOIP service provider platform (Ex: Zoom).

Please kindly check your VOIP service provider platform and look for the admin password.
