data initialising - glennbtn - 08-30-2023 06:23 PM Hi We have an issue with a W70B base with W73H handset where it keeps saying data initialising The handset and base are fully up to date on the firmware and the handset is not miles away, probably a couple of meter away so not a distance thing Can anyone advise? Updated firmware for both handset and base to latest 3cx version. Is this signs of a base going bad? Do I just need to re-register the handsets? Any one resolve this?
