data initialising - glennbtn - 08-30-2023 06:23 PM

Hi

We have an issue with a W70B base with W73H handset where it keeps saying data initialising

The handset and base are fully up to date on the firmware and the handset is not miles away, probably a couple of meter away so not a distance thing

Can anyone advise?

Thanks

Hi Glennbtn,

Please kindly confirm if the W73H handset is displayed as registered on the web interface of the W70B base. The "data initialising" indicates that it is attempting to connect to the base, however frequently showing this indicates connection unstable between the handset and the base.

Thanks.

Having same issue with W70B and W73H handset. Updated firmware for both handset and base to latest 3cx version. Is this signs of a base going bad? Do I just need to re-register the handsets? Any one resolve this?

That's right. I also had this problem before and my connection was unstable. After a while, I replaced the base and the connection was stable again. You have a very precise perspective
