T42U Issue on Teams / Direct Routing - TheGarrison - 08-09-2023 06:01 PM

Hi all,
We have recently purchased a couple of these but cant seem to even get them logged in.
THey are connected to the network, getting provisioned the correct IP Subnet from DHCP and there are no blocks on the firewall for the device.

It simply says "Invalid Provisioning Credential" when it turns on and when we try to sign in with a valid.

All of our other yealinks, that are MP54 and MP56 come up with a login URL and a code to put in for the browser login..

What am i doing wrong?

For anyone returning here and had the same problem, first of all you need to ensure the phone is not getting blocked by your Firewall or proxy to get out to Microsoft and provision itself.

The other thing we did was to configure option 066 on the DHCP scope for the Vlan the phone was on, it needs to be set to : http://emea.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com
