I have acquired 10 used T54w units. I am attempting to long-press the OK button, but nothing happens. We do not have the admin password to these devices.

Does anyone have a recommendation to factory reset these devices given the above information?

Hi,

I would like to advise you to contact the person or company from whom the phones were purchased to ask if they would like to unlock the phones.
It seems that the purchased phones have been completely locked (including the reset option) by the previous user, and only they can unlock them again.

If that is not an option, you can submit a support ticket at Yealink helpdesk:
