I've had this problem with wifi in the past, usually when the SSID password is too many characters. I have a T54w phone on current 96.86.0.70 firmware. When attempting to connect, the phone always says connect failed. The password is just their 10 digit phone number. Using "123" character input, confirmed the password is correct by using my mobile device. Tried rebooting phone and turning wifi off and on.
What else can I do?
