MP50 working in Citrix - chinacat - 04-26-2023 09:46 PM We just switched to a Teams phone system. We use Citrix VDI for our desktops. The MP50 is recognized by Teams in Citrix. You can select it for the audio settings. We have installed the usb driver. We finally got the phone to connect when making a call through Citrox, but whe you pick up the receiver, you hear the call and a dial tone that lasts about 15 seconds. Any ideas?
