Hello,

Im having issues registering the phone, i have the correct data to connect via IP phone
but i assume that the disabled status is preventing it from registering.
any ideas?

Hi,

Please send the image again and what type of phone is your question about?
Has the phone worked properly before, or is this the first time the phone has been used?
Have any changes been made recently?
