We are setting up personal phone directories on the T57W phones. Several of us have already added entries with photos but these do not show up anywhere. When the person calls the screen just shows the number. When we look up the person in the directory the photo is displayed but only in the directory. When the call is dialed only a basic avatar is displayed.
Is it possible for the photo and/or Name of the caller to be displayed on the screen? If so, how is this accomplished?
