I have got at least 4 of yealink Wh62 headsets with the same fault in the past couple of months. The fault is the mic is stuck on mute when used with a deskphone, and doesn't work at all with the computer. I wonder if there is a quick fix for this, or at this point are the headsets bust? I have tried updating the firmware and resetting the headset, is there anything else I can try?.

I have the same issue and haven't been able to find a resolution. They seem to go into mute randomly during a call and can't turn it off. It doesn't say they are on mute either. I have seen the issue happen when connected to a computer and MP56.
