Hello!
I have a problem with the softphone support of my WH62. In the settings under Softphone I see that the headsets do not support it (see attached image). But this is only under Windows 11, under Windows 10 it works.
I have already tested it on several computers, but I can't get it to work on Windows 11.
Do you have any advice?
