We are utilizing the Yealink WH66 DECT headsets in our organization and have been impressed with their performance compared to other options available in the market. However, we have noticed that they seem to have limited support, only allowing for full integration with Teams calls.

Our current setup involves the use of the Bicom Call Communicator softphone, but we are facing difficulties in answering or ending calls using the WH66. The audio and microphone functionality is functioning properly.

We would greatly appreciate any recommendations for a compatible softphone that might be suitable for our needs. So far, we have been unable to locate an API for the WH66.

I opened a ticket with Yeahlink - here is the issue# 248676 and Eris confirmed this is harware defect and requested full invoice I uploaded a week ago. I still have no response with any update. I have updated with multiple requests. This is an expensive headset . need help. Is there any customer service team that I can reach out to?
