dnd automatic scripting - docr - 02-08-2023 05:19 AM

hello there
in our office there's a T57W and two W78H Handhelds, each with 3 SIP accounts configured. Office hours are let's say from 8-11:30 and 1:30-5:00. Right now the receptionist needs to press the DND button and choose DND for all 3 lines at noon and and in the evening and then again deactivate one of those lines because it needs to be available for emergencies all the time. Same procedure on the W78H.
Is there a way to script the phones to do that automatically and of course open the phones automatically during office hours? Our SIP Provider doesn't seem to support automatic, time-related routings so I'm looking for a way to automate it on the phones, themselves.
Many thanks

Hi,

As far as I know, there is no built-in script to make this possible.
You need a PBX to make this possible.
