T46S and BT41 dongle not finding devices on scan - POMDental - 02-06-2023 07:42 AM
I am trying to enable blue tooth functionality on my T46S phone and having an issue with no devices showing up. I purchased the BT41 dongle and have it plugged into the USB in the back of the phone. When searching for bluetooth devices on a PC and cell phone right next to the T46S, there are several devices that show up, however, the T46S search for devices returns nothing.
I have updated the firmware on the T46S to the latest 66.86.0.15
The BT41 dongle is recognized as soon as inserted, and the phone shows the bluetooth icon at the top of the screen.
I am trying to pair the BT41/T46S with a Plantronic Voyager 5200, a device that is listed as tested and compatible with the BT41/T46S.
Any help/advice/suggestions for how to make this work would be greatly appreciated!
