T53W Diagnostic Log Password - testlabuser2015 - 02-03-2023 03:56 AM Recently, upon upgrading firmware (Starting FW: 96.85.107.5 (rom provided to my employer by Yealink | Ending fw: 96.86.107.6 , also provided by Yealink) when using the "Export All Diagnostic Files" and thus downloading and extracting them, then getting to the systemlog.zip file. Upon attempting to extract the contents, I am presented with an authentication dialog window, no password I have tried, has worked. Referencing the following page http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=45527&pid=71717&highlight=syslog#pid71717 Nothing from ay of those provided any help in relation to this one. Weather I used 7zip, Winrar, tar -xf [filename],or unzip [filename], made no difference. Upon inspection of the file, the follwing was discovered (see attached image) -Password Protected: only file contents (ZipCrypto) |
