Hi,
We have notices that on most T-XX phones, when engaged on a call and another call comes in, if the call is ignored and left to go to voicemail, that call does not appear in the missed call history.
If engaged in a call and another call comes in and you press reject the call, that call will then show up in the history.
Our expectation is that all calls that come in while engaged on the phones and missed would show up in the missed call list.
Please advise. Thank You.

I think both findings are correct and everything is working properly.
