In your example, create 2 Replace Rules:
Index1, Prefix ++, Replace 00
Index2, Prefix +, Replace 00

Sorry, my mistake on previous ticket.
I want to replace + with 00, i don't need to replace ++.
And, with the config on screenshot, it doesn't work

Index1: Prefix: +(.) Replace: 00$1
