W70B and WH62 headset - headset again pairing with default base after in cradle - Philipp Biermann - 01-04-2023 01:44 AM

Using the WH62 Headset together with the W70B is a good Idea.
After updating the FW of the headset I was able to pair with a W70Base.
However, when I return the HS to the base for charging purposes, the HS pairs again automatically with the base which was delivered with the HS.
To use the headset after charging I have again to pair it with W70B.

This behaviour makes not much sense.
How can I disable the automatic re-paring?

I guess you did not change the headset base mode correctly. please use the steps below:

Switching Method: Hold the Voice button and Phone button of the
headset base for 5 seconds. The PC, Voice and Phone button LED indicator
on the headset base will flash four times.

LED Indicator Status: When you successfully switch to Multi-Cell mode,
only the Voice button on the base grows white

Mark
